As a co-founder and Social Marketing Executive at DE PLAGE, I was responsible for building the brand from the ground up. This Vietnamese clothing brand needed to establish a unique identity in the competitive fashion market while operating on a minimal budget, focusing primarily on Instagram as the main marketing channel.



Challenge
Starting with zero followers and no brand recognition, DE PLAGE needed to quickly establish itself in the crowded fashion market. The challenge was to create a distinctive brand identity that would resonate with the target audience while operating on a very limited marketing budget and competing against established fashion brands.
Solution
I executed a comprehensive low-cost social media strategy centered on Instagram, developing a strategic content calendar that emphasized high-quality product photography and consistent brand imagery. The focus was on creating content that customers would describe as 'unique, different-from-others, and contemporary' while maintaining authentic engagement with the growing community.
Results
Grew Instagram from 0 to 16,000 followers in 16 months
Generated approximately 50 daily orders during peak periods
Established brand identity described by customers as 'unique and contemporary'
Achieved sustainable business growth with minimal marketing investment
Built engaged community that drove consistent daily sales
